This water detection cabinet is for UK client. Material is aluminium 5052, and surface finish is powder coating. Three difficult points are, color difference after spraying, prevention of aluminum plate welding deformation and kinds of assembly parts. We separately to control the drying time and temperature after spraying to ensure correct color, to assign EN certified welder to handle this project to minimize deformation, to do special management to make each kind part in each order.
